John Fooshee is the founder of People Launching, where he helps leaders, teams, and organizations grow in clarity, health, and effectiveness. Over the past two decades, he has coached hundreds of leaders in calling, leadership development, organizational health, and life transition, while also consulting with churches, nonprofits, startups, and growing organizations across the country.

John’s work focuses on helping people move forward with greater clarity around who they are, how they are wired, and where they can make their best contribution. He is especially passionate about leadership coaching, organizational culture, team dynamics, sabbatical coaching, strategic hiring, and helping people navigate seasons of transition and burnout in healthy ways.

In addition to leading People Launching, John also serves in a fractional leadership development and organizational health role with the software company 4Rivrs, helping support leadership growth, hiring, communication, and team effectiveness within a growing technology organization.

John has trained coaches and leaders internationally and co-founded Gospel Enneagram, a spiritual assessment and training initiative designed to help people grow in self-awareness, emotional health, and grace-centered leadership.

He received coach training through CoachNet and studied biblical studies at Dallas Theological Seminary and King University.

John and his wife Lindsay have been married for over thirty years and live in North Carolina near their four children and growing family.
