Coach Training
In Two Convenient Courses
In 2008, I was given a wonderful gift: training in how to listen. Simple enough, but I didn't realize that the skill of listening while waiting on the Holy Spirit to speak was exactly what I needed to equip leaders for ministry. When I began to combine this coach training with my passions to help people clarify their ministry calling from God, entrepreneurship, as well as spiritual transformation, I found myself launching people into exciting new God-driven adventures. Since that time, I've witnessed God help over 400 people discover their personal calling, and most of these were leaders of new ministries.
Simply put, coaching is a series of intentional conversations that empowers a person to fully live out what God is telling them to do or believe. Or as we like to say, coaching is launching people into God's vision for their life!
Over the last five years, I have taught other leaders how to coach and launch other leaders. We offer two cohort-based courses in how to coach others. Both courses are conveniently scheduled and offered remotely over Zoom. More information on each is below.
Our goal with both of these courses to equip you to be a more strategic part of God's redemption as you help to unleash and encourage God's work in their life and ministry.

Level 1
In this five-month introductory course, you'll participate in pre-recorded video content, participate in a once-a-month cohort session, and receive five 1-on-1 mentoring sessions with one of our coach mentors. You’ll also gain practice, coaching two coachees during this time period. We use the following tools:

Level 2
After you've taken the first course, now you're ready to really build your coaching competency and be given a clear process to help others clarify their calling. In this advanced, nine-month course, you'll continue to watch pre-recorded video content, participate in a once-a-month cohort session, and receive nine 1-on-1 mentoring sessions with your coach mentor. You’ll also keep on coaching two coachees during this time period. We use the following tools:

This training is $350 per month over the term of each course.
