Jim is a West Point graduate and served in the Army, including two tours in Iraq. He has worked at a firm helping veterans find jobs after service, served in ministry leadership at a local church, and co-founded a nonprofit social enterprise where he still serves on the Board of Directors. Jim has also worked as a VP of Operations and CEO at a large national nonprofit, and at a labor-focused tech startup.

Jim has benefited from expert coaching for many years. He has completed People Launching’s Coaching Training Level 1 and Level 2, and he’s currently enrolled in Rice University’s CoachRICE Leadership Coaching Program, including an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification. 

Jim’s passion is for leader development and one-on-one coaching to see people and organizations flourish.
