Elaine has worked in human resources for nearly twenty years. As an HR generalist, she has re have allowed her to keep on top of hiring and retention trends. Elaine is a certified Spiritual Director from Selah. She has completed People Launching's certified coach training and is co-author of the Gospel Enneagram.  Other experience includes leading ministries, facilitating retreats and teaching classes in the local church. She has received training through the American Association of Christian Counselors, NavPress Training, Your Enneagram Coach and the Willow Creek Association. She knows sign language and has many friends in the deaf community.

Elaine has lived in Raleigh, NC for twenty-six years. She loves spending time with her two daughters and their families.
