A Cohort to Boost You & Your Leaders
Starting in March 2025, we’ll walk alongside you and a small group of church leaders, equipping you to align your role with your gifts and train you how to raise up and launch your people into God's vision for their lives. Together, we’ll train you how to bring out what God has placed within your people.
Through one-on-one coaching, remote meetings, and a cohort retreat, you’ll also learn how to build a joyful ministry culture that naturally forwards God's vision for your church. This is more than just strategy—it’s an invitation to a healthier, more fulfilling ministry for you and your church.

John Fooshee, a leader in coaching and pastoring, has coached over 500 people into their personal calling and consulted over 225 organizations. He 27 years of experience in church ministry. He has started two churches and currently serves as both the President of People Launching and the Executive Pastor of Oak City Church.

Schedule
The Format
This cohort include six one-on-one coaching sessions, twelve 90 minute cohort meetings and a retreat.
Previous Client?
If you have already been through our People Launching process previously as a client, these one-on-one sessions will be customized to meet your ministry needs.
Requirements
Time
Candidates need to faithfully attend a monthly remote cohort meeting (90 minutes), which includes some reading and and advance homework utilizing our course builder. It also includes six coaching session (60 minutes). Finally, a two-day retreat in Raleigh, NC will be schedule in the summer months (likely July) after the cohort begins.
Financial
This cohort is $250 per month, billed over twelve months. But if you register by February 1, you'll receive a 10% discount ($225 per month). Lodging and meals is provided in Raleigh, NC but travel expenses to and from are additional. If money still remains an issue at this time, please contact us early and we'll coach you through how to raise the needed resources.
PL Coach Certification
If you are seeking to be trained as a People Launching coach or obtain our coaching Certification, this cohort fulfills our Level 1 training and most of our Level 2 training. After this cohort, you would simply add on six one-on-one sessions and additional coaching hours to complete Level 2 training.
