John received his coach training from CoachNet in 2008 and has biblical studies degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary and King University. John has also started three businesses and two churches. He has served the Acts 29 Network since 2006 as a pastor, trainer of church planting coaches, Area Lead to over thirty church plants in five U.S. states and coached church planters in three countries.
He has been married to Lindsay for twenty-three years, has four kids and one daughter-in-law. He resides in Raleigh, NC.

Elaine has worked in human resources for nearly twenty years. As an HR generalist, she has recruited talent to best meet the needs of the position to be filled. Her experience, knowledge, and membership with the Society for Human Resource Management have allowed her to keep on top of hiring and retention trends. She has completed and continues training for coaching, including training with the Enneagram. Other experience includes leading ministries, facilitating retreats and teaching classes in the local church. She has received training through the American Association of Christian Counselors, NavPress Training, Your Enneagram Coach and the Willow Creek Association. She knows sign language and has many friends in the deaf community.
Elaine has lived in Raleigh, NC for twenty-two years. She loves spending time with her two daughters and their families.
Sterling Fooshee lives in Johnson City, Tennessee. Most of the time he is studying for his master's in digital marketing at East Tennessee State University. He has his own marketing coaching and website development business (check it at out sterlingfooshee.com). He also manages the marketing efforts and clients of People Launching.
Sterling and his wife, Hayley, live in Johnson City where she also attends East Tennessee State University.
